A surcharge of RM1.00–RM2.00 per minute applies for difficult audio (background noise, overlapping or inaudible speakers). The minimum rate per job is RM100.

What audio and video formats do you accept for transcription?
We accept all common audio and video formats, including MP3, WAV, MP4, and M4A. Send us your file via WhatsApp or our quote form and we will confirm compatibility.
Do you transcribe languages other than English?
We currently offer transcription for English audio and video only. For non-English recordings, please contact us to discuss translation options.
What counts as "difficult audio"?
Audio with significant background noise, overlapping speakers, or inaudible or poorly recorded sections is considered difficult audio. A surcharge of RM1.00–RM2.00 per minute applies on top of the standard rate.
Is speaker identification included?
Yes. Speaker identification, customizable formatting, timestamps every 5 minutes, and proofreading are all included free of charge — no hidden fees.
How long does transcription take?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days. Rush service (2–3 days) is available at a higher per-minute rate.
Is my audio file kept confidential?
Yes. All transcription work is completed by Malaysian transcriptionists with guaranteed file security and confidentiality.
How much does transcription cost?
